The Organizational Development (OD) Department plays a key role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of government ministries and agencies. This department is primarily responsible for organizational design, the restructuring and reorganization of government bodies, and the management of the civil service establishment to ensure that human and organizational resources align with the government’s strategic goals. The department aims to enhance public service delivery by optimizing workflows, job roles, and the organizational structure to meet the evolving needs of the state and its citizens.
