Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

Handling the office’s IT infrastructure, including maintaining hardware and software, managing network security, and ensuring that the office’s technology systems are up-to-date and running smoothly. It is also in-charge of computerization of institutional functions and development of in-house software systems for clients as well as handling repairs and maintenance of IT equipment.
